Agreement

These terms govern your use of usefleetway.com, operated by Fleetway LLC ("FleetWay"). By using the site you agree to them.

Quotes, rentals and sales

• Rates shown on listings exclude delivery, fuel and damage waiver. Final pricing is confirmed in writing.
• Every rental is governed by the signed FleetWay rental agreement, which controls over anything on this site.
• Rentals are customer pickup by default. Delivery is available at an additional, quoted cost.
• Equipment availability, specifications and photos are provided for reference and may change.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt it. Site content is owned by FleetWay or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, FleetWay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

SMS Terms — FleetWay Rental Alerts

• Program: FleetWay Rental Alerts, operated by Fleetway LLC, sent from (916) 907-8192.
• Messages you'll receive: if you opt in to service messages — quote replies, booking confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, return reminders and customer support. If you separately opt in to marketing — occasional offers and equipment availability.
• How to opt in: check the SMS consent box(es) on our quote or contact form, or text us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental.
• Message frequency varies. Marketing messages: up to 4 per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP, call (916) 907-8192, or email gary@usefleetway.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
