Who we are

Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, company, email, phone and mobile number, job ZIP, rental or purchase details, and messages you send us.
- SMS consent records: whether you opted in, the consent language shown, date/time, IP address and the page you submitted from.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed and referral source, collected through cookies and analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking).
Quote requests and advertising measurement
When you request a quote, we record the page you arrived on, the referring site, ad-click identifiers and campaign tags (for example gclid and UTM parameters), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, and your browser type. We use this to understand which advertising and channels bring us customers and to measure how our ads perform. This can include sharing an ad-click identifier with Google Ads to report that a quote request or rental resulted from an ad. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we do not share your ad-click identifier with Google Ads.
How we use it
- Respond to quote requests and manage rentals, sales, pickup and delivery.
- Provide customer support.
- Send text messages only if you opted in, as described in our SMS Terms.
- Improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
SMS / text messaging
We collect your mobile number and SMS consent only when you provide it to us, such as by checking an SMS consent box on our website or texting us first. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers, solely to deliver the messages you requested.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
How we share information
- Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, CRM, email, messaging, payment processing), bound by confidentiality.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or property.
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction or deletion: email gary@usefleetway.com.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Global Privacy Control: turn it on in your browser and we will not share your ad-click identifier with Google Ads.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
